Is this even legal?

I drew these coldstone customers by watching them on our
security cameras hehe.  Its actually really cool...if I don't get
arrested for this (which i don't think I will lol) I think I will do more
:)

This fine fellow is just another drawing I did with the symmetry
tool...also done while in the back room at my work.  One
person at my work said it reminded him of the Queen from Snow White...
Then the other said it reminded her of Darth Maul
